Loss Prevention Officer In This Role: You will support a positive customer experience within our stores by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance doors. You will be focused on deterring loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function. You will work closely with the store team to maintain security, apply effective conflict resolution when needed, and remain calm and professional under pressure. Your self‑motivation, resilience, and strong communication skills will help you make a difference. Qualifications & Experience • Experience in a customer‑facing retail environment, fast‑paced environment or security guard role is ideal but not essential.• Ability to communicate effectively, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate resilience.
