Job Location: Sephora White City and locations within a 10-mile radius. You will work in various retail locations as assigned by your line manager, with the primary goal of achieving personal sales targets. You will build strong relationships with retailers to create opportunities for events and brand promotions. You will lead and engage in brand events, educate retailer staff, and empower them to meet their sales targets independently. You will have a designated home store where you work at least one day per week. You will also visit stores within your region and travel outside the area as needed to support the business.Main ResponsibilitiesSales PerformanceConsistently achieve personal sales goals and targets set daily.Collaborate with store teams across multiple locations, identify opportunities for improvement, provide support, feedback, and real-time coaching.Conduct makeup services and manage pre-booked appointments in Space NK stores; actively recruit customers for NARS cosmetics in Sephora and Boots to meet personal productivity goals.Complete store visit forms to assess performance against KPIs, identify growth opportunities, set actionable objectives, and recognize successes.Lead artistry events aligned with targets, focusing on customer acquisition and incremental sales.Identify opportunities with retail partners and provide support to realize them.Prepare and submit monthly to quarterly sales reports summarizing personal and store performance, artistry initiatives, and promotional activities across the store portfolio.Cultivate strong relationships with store managers and beauty consultants across all formats to enhance collaboration and sales performance.EventingIdentify event and animation opportunities within focus stores.Lead in-store Artistry events, adhering to the NARS aesthetic.Deliver an event strategy for stores in partnership with the line manager and education lead.Lead Artistry demonstrations and animation to motivate customers and retail partner colleagues.Summarise event results and provide feedback to the Line Manager and Education & Artistry Manager to support the brand event strategy evolution.Artistry & EducationTrain open-sell consultants in focus stores on NARS philosophy, product knowledge, and artistry techniques to enhance service and productivity.Organize and lead tailored workshops and meetings for focus store teams, addressing training needs with emphasis on artistry and service.Support product launches with engaging training sessions for new products and marketing initiatives in key stores.Shop floor coaching and co-serving to build confidence in NARS storytelling and product selection.Collaborate with the education team to tailor training content for retailer platforms to maximize impact.Provide regional support for events and training, including trade tests for potential new employees.Attend Senior Artist advanced artistry training to enhance skills and knowledge.Assist with artistry development and brand-building projects as needed.OperationsCollaborate with the Retailer Operations team to manage stock files and understand retailer stock file systems to maintain stock accuracy.Oversee management of POSM, collateral, testers, and consumables, ensuring responsible use in line with sustainability and cost control.Track and analyze programs such as Visual Merchandising (VM) and Tokens of Appreciation (TOA) to assess performance and identify improvements.Report on and monitor store maintenance issues to ensure operational efficiency.Perform administrative tasks as needed, including sales reports and HR administration.Profile, Skills, and ExperienceExperience in retail and beauty industries across varied locations.Proven artistry experience evidenced by a portfolio (online or offline).Professional appearance and grooming aligned with NARS standards.Goal-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.Excellent relationship-building, networking, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in-store.Understanding of coaching and people development.Flexible working days, including weekends and evenings.Adaptable approach for the Retail Development Manager role.Confident, engaging presentation skills.Experience in sales and performance reporting and analysis.Alignment with the group\'s "Trust8" principles: Think Big, Take Risks, Hands on, Collaborate, Be Open, Act with Integrity, Be Accountable, Applaud Success.Demonstrated Success InSales through expert artistry and customer engagement.Leading in roles focused on performance, artistry, and service that exceed customer expectations.Management experience with strong leadership and communication skills.Desirable: experience in leading an event strategy with proven results.The Benefits You\'ll Love30 days holiday, including bank holidays, increasing with serviceGenerous discretionary commission schemeContributory pension scheme - 5% employer contributionGenerous product allocation and discountEnhanced parental allowanceLife Assurance up to 2x salaryEmployee referral bonusesAccess to Retail TrustAnnual performance and development reviews #J-18808-Ljbffr
