About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced NPD Manager to join a leading UK food manufacturer at one of their key production sites in East Yorkshire. This business has strong commercial partnerships with major UK retailers and is investing in innovation as a core part of its growth strategy. This role will focus on a key major retailer relationship. This is a site-based leadership role where you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end NPD process — from concept through to successful launch — ensuring technical feasibility, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and delivery of new and existing product ranges from concept to launch for a major retailer, leading presentations and managing the relationship with them.
