Night Works Foreman – Multi-Project Retail Site
Location: London | Hours: Nights
A leading main contractor, with 30 years of experience on this high-profile retail site and a strong pipeline of ongoing work, is looking for a hands-on Night Works Foreman. You will lead night-time teams, manage small works and larger projects, and occasionally carry out tasks or works yourself to keep everything on track for the day team.
Responsibilities include leading and coordinating teams, performing hands-on work when needed, ensuring safety and quality standards, and liaising with day teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Candidates should have proven experience as a foreman, site supervisor, or multi-skilled operative, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, experience managing multiple projects, and knowledge of health and safety standards. SMSTS and First Aid certifications are required.
