Located in Trowbridge and rated Outstanding by Ofsted, our nursery has a capacity of 100 children across three base rooms: Babies, Toddlers, and Preschool. Our longstanding staff members create a nurturing environment that feels like a home away from home for both children and their families. We also utilize the nearby community center as an additional point of safety, ensuring a secure setting. Nestled on the Paxcroft Mead estate, Busy Bees Trowbridge is surrounded by shops and community hubs on one side and a large park on the other, providing a vibrant atmosphere for our nursery.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

  • \nCreate a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
  • \n
  • \nLead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • \n
  • \nKey Person Role: Oversee children’s development and care needs while building strong family connections.
  • \n
\n\nRequired Qualifications\n

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
  • \n
  • Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
  • \n
  • Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver engaging activities.
