Busy Bees Spital is an Ofsted-rated "Good" nursery with a capacity of 130 children, nestled on the banks of the picturesque Spital Dam. Surrounded by natural beauty, our nursery features a wild garden and a secluded main garden filled with trees and wildlife. Inside, our bright, airy rooms and dedicated staff team create an ideal environment for children to flourish. Plus, we offer free parking for our staff!

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

• \nCreate a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
\n
• \nLead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
\n
• \nKey Person Role: Oversee children’s development and care needs while building strong family connections.
\n

\n\nRequired Qualifications\n

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
\n
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
\n
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
