Join Busy Bees at our Watford nursery, proudly rated Good by Ofsted, with a capacity for 46 children. Our small, dedicated team is passionate about providing exceptional care and learning experiences. Conveniently located on the grounds of Watford Hospital, we have excellent transport links, including a bus stop right outside serving Hemel Hempstead and Holywell, plus Watford Junction and Watford High Street train stations just a 10-minute walk away. What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

  • \nCreate a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
  • \n
  • \nLead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • \n
  • \nKey Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
  • \n
\n\nRequired Qualifications\n

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
  • \n
  • Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
  • \n
  • Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
