Job Title: Nursery Practitioner Level 3
Location: Merseyside and Cheshire
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £26,822 per annum

We're currently recruiting for experienced, passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to make a real difference in nurseries across Merseyside and Cheshire. If you thrive in early years settings, love inspiring young children under 5, and have a track record of creating fun, engaging, and nurturing learning environments, your skills could transform the day-to-day experiences of both children and colleagues.

Your Role:
* Create a safe, stimulating learning environment
* Lead and support activities that promote children's development in line with the EYFS framework
* Act as a Key Person where required, supporting children's progress and building positive relationships with families

What We're Looking For
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
* Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood development
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver development-focused activities
