Working closely with application owners, platform leads, vendors, and end users, you’ll help shape and optimise operational excellence in a highly dynamic environment.
What you’ll do as an Operations Support Analyst: Monitor day-to-day service operations, manage incidents, and coordinate urgent escalations. Deliver insightful reporting and dashboards using tools like Excel and Power BI. Identify trends and process inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain and enhance documentation and knowledge sharing across teams. Collaborate with vendors, conduct service reviews, and uphold SLAs. Act as a key bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and resolution of operational challenges.
What we’re looking for: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations support, ideally across systems like HR, Finance, ERP, or Integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for identifying root causes and driving improvements. Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and navigate a global support environment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with ITIL, Lean or Six Sigma principles is advantageous, but not essential.
