You will work as part of a close-knit team to support the field- based engineers.\n\nAs a Planner your duties will include:\n\n * Effective and efficient planning of Field based Engineers\n\n * Scheduling work for field-based engineers.\n\n * Ensuring engineer diaries are efficiently planned\n\n * Arranging site access for engineers to ensure agreed response times are met.\n\n * Maintaining service management system with correct, concise information.\n\n * Day to day liaison with engineers reporting on scheduled progress.\n\n * Deal with client and internal calls/emails and resolve queries efficiently.\n\nAs a Planner you will have the following key skills:\n\n * Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel\n\n * Excellent communication skills and phone manner\n\n * Ability to work as part of a busy team\n\n * Self-motivated\n\n * Good attention to detail\n\nPlanner | South Manchester | £24 - £26K | Well Established Business\n\nPlease note - due to the number of applications we receive we are only able to contact those candidates that are successfully shortlisted for the position.
