The Role: Work across year groups to deliver short, targeted interventions in reading, writing and maths. Provide 1:1 catch-up, guide small groups, and pre-teach/overlearn key content. Prepare simple resources, record impact succinctly, and share next steps with class teachers. Help reinforce routines, encourage positive behaviour, and build independence.

The Candidate: You’re a graduate who communicates clearly, stays organised, and builds rapport quickly with children. You follow guidance, use initiative to keep sessions purposeful, and are committed to improving pupil outcomes.
