What you’ll do: You’ll work with Years 3–6 to deliver tightly focused catch-up sessions in reading, writing and maths. Expect to pre-teach key content, run short retrieval and fluency drills, and coach pupils on how to apply strategies independently. You’ll prepare lean resources, keep sharp notes on progress, and agree next steps with class teachers after each cycle.
Who you are: A clear communicator who’s organised, reliable and ready to learn from experienced staff. You break tricky ideas into simple steps, keep sessions purposeful, and build steady confidence—especially with pupils who need an extra nudge.
