About the Role Destination Education is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive Primary School in Leyton. This role involves providing SEN support across the school, with a particular focus on assisting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), speech and language needs, and social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement individual learning plans (EHCPs) and ensure every child receives the tailored support they need to succeed both academically and personally.
