A well-regarded Infant and Junior School in the Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team for an ASAP start. This is a term-time only , full-time role paid on a daily rate. What will this Primary SEN Teaching Assistant position involve? Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
Assisting with EHCP targets and adapting activities to suit individual needs
Supporting class teachers in managing behaviour and promoting engagement
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Liaising with SENCOs, parents, and external professionals when needed

Working closely with class teachers and SEN team
£115 - £120 per day - Term-Time Only - Daily rate based on experience
ASAP Start - Full-Time Role

ABOUT YOU Experience working with children with special educational needs in a school or similar setting
Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to build strong relationships with young children
Able to follow support plans and use your initiative
