What You’ll Do:


Handbags, Small Leather Goods & Jewellery


  • SALES ANALYSIS: In depth analysis of sell-in and sell-out results – excel experience is essential
  • Retail: Weekly detailed analysis of sales across different product groups; identifying best sellers, materials, etc…
  • Wholesale: Follow-up with partners for additional insights from wholesale sales
  • Support preparing sell-in analysis post selling campaigns


  • SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE: Responsible for setting up and maintaining the collection across all systems: PLM, JOOR
  • Be responsible for the set up and maintenance of the collection offer in the internal order system (PLM)
  • Maintain Joor line lists on PLM, ensuring all systems are accurate at all times
  • Check and upload all product images on Joor


  • COLLECTION ORGANISATION: Participation in the organisation of showrooms & merchandising office:
  • Coordinate timely receipt and organisation of samples – in & out
  • Maintain Merchandising samples tidy and safely stores in the sample room – recording a log in & out
  • Coordinate sample shipment between head office, Florence and showrooms
  • Maintain the daily update of Synergy system for sample shipment
  • Support maintenance of collection overview
  • Communicate any collection updates to relevant audience (Marketing & PR, CS, Retail Team, Design team)


  • MARKET PREPARATION:
  • Support with proto shipments between HQ and development offices
  • Support Merchandising Team during set up of collection overview and internal selling documents
  • Coordination of seasonal sample photography
  • From time to time you may be required to assist the VP of Merchandising with other areas of merchandising, booking travels and expenses


We’d Love to See:

  • Highly analytical
  • Numerically strong
  • Strong attention to details
  • Advanced Excel and PPT skills
  • Experience using PLM is required.
  • Experience using Joor is a plus.

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience
  • Highly organised an able to prioritize effectively
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and demonstrate accountability
  • Systems savvy and data maintenance driven
  • Commercial: analytical, detail conscious, problem solver, planner, organised thinker
  • Team skills: good team player, able to work well as part of a team as well as independently, approachable.
