We are looking for an experienced Product and Platforms Lead to head up the team responsible for our core digital and data platforms - including the CRM, website and other key systems. These platforms are critical to how people access support, engage with our work and how teams deliver services across the charity. You will set the technical strategy, ensuring platforms are well-integrated, user-focused, high-performing and aligned with organisational priorities. You’ll also play a key role in exploring how emerging technologies, such as AI, could enhance our platforms and services over time. This role plays a vital role in enabling our strategy by making sure our systems support effective, joined-up and responsive ways of working. The Product and Platforms Lead also holds responsibility as the charity’s named Data Protection Officer (DPO), providing leadership on data privacy, compliance and information governance.
