We’re working with a fast-growing independent media agency that’s built a reputation for blending creativity, data, and technology to deliver standout campaigns for some of the world’s most exciting brands. This is a hands-on Programmatic Manager role within the digital team, overseeing end-to-end campaign delivery – from planning and activation to optimisation and reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with planning, data, and other channel teams (social, search, AV) to ensure programmatic activity drives real results for clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead programmatic planning and trading across multiple DSPs (TTD, DV360, StackAdapt ideally).
  • Respond to briefs, build media plans, manage campaigns, and deliver post-campaign analysis.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to identify new technology, data, and media partners.
  • Own client relationships and act as the programmatic expert in cross-channel discussions.
  • Help evaluate and evolve measurement, testing, and targeting frameworks.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and play a part in the agency’s continued growth.


Skills Needed:

  • Around 3+ years’ experience in programmatic trading or activation, ideally agency-side.
  • Confident across planning, optimisation, and reporting – both brand and performance campaigns.
  • Solid technical understanding of tagging/tracking (CM360 experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – able to simplify complex data into insight.
  • Curious, collaborative, and proactive, with a passion for digital innovation.
