Our client is an event & exhibition design agency that produces bespoke scenery for retail displays and exhibitions and is going through a rapid period of growth. They are looking for a talented Project Co-Ordinator to organise the manufacture and delivery of parts for bespoke retail, events, exhibitions or interiors. As an administrator you will receive job briefs from the project team and ensure they are understood and scheduled, liaising with the Project team where necessary. You will be responsible for reviewing and communicating job briefs to the installation team, taking customer enquiries over the phone and ensuring all relevant information is entered onto company databases correctly. Responsibilities
Receive and interpret project briefs from the project team and ensure they are understood and scheduled. Communicate job briefs to the installation team and coordinate with the project team as needed. Take customer enquiries over the phone and log all relevant information in company databases accurately. Assist with administration and coordination of projects within a creative agency setting, including retail, design, graphics or event installations.
Qualifications
Experience in project management or administration within retail, design, graphics or event installations, ideally in a creative agency. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work in a full-time studio-based environment.
