We are looking for a talented Project Lead and Operations professional to join an exciting small boutique retail design agency with currently 12 full-time employees.

This role involves working with global and UK luxury and fashion brands on large retail projects, including in-store design, social media, digital campaigns, photoshoots, and trend analysis.

This is an exciting time for the agency, which has a talented team and delivers outstanding work. They now seek to strengthen their account handling team.

As a Project Lead and Operations, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing integrated communications and acting as an extension of the client's marketing team.
2. Collaborating closely with the client lead to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Overseeing creative development through to delivery, requiring strong project management skills and relationship-building abilities.
4. Ensuring operational efficiency and managing resources and traffic.
5. Liaising with designers and other stakeholders.
