ResponsibilitiesYou will support the implementation of the RELEX software by coordinating project activities and ensuring timely execution of tasks.You will help monitor project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, and assist in preparing progress updates for stakeholders.You will facilitate smooth communication within the project team and help keep all relevant stakeholders informed.You will assist with project documentation, invoicing processes, and organizing ticket handling.You will contribute during pre-sales phases by helping prepare project plans, resource estimates, and documentation. QualificationsYou have at least 3-5 years of experience in project management and in software implementation projects.You are familiar with stakeholder communication and comfortable working in cross-functional teams.You have a proactive and detail-oriented approach to organizing and tracking project activities.You have knowledge in systems like Jira and Openair.Ideally, you have a basic understanding of SCM, Manufacturing, and Pricing & Promotions systems from either a business or IT perspective.You are a strong communicator and team player with good organizational skills.You are fluent in English; German and/or Polish skills are a plus.
