Location: London-based with hybrid working
A leading international food brand with a significant number of high-street locations across the UK and Europe is looking for a commercially focused Property Project Manager to oversee the rollout of new store openings and property projects across their estate.
With a growing presence in both the restaurant and grocery sectors, this business continues to evolve its enormously successful brand.
The Role
This role will report into the Property Director and is responsible for managing all aspects of property development and fit-out projects from inception to post-completion. You'll be expected to: Lead the programme and project management for new site openings and refurbishments to value £100,000 Oversee cost estimating, feasibility studies, budgeting, and post-project audits Build strong relationships with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers Champion safety and compliance with CDM and Building Regulations Drive continuous improvement through post-completion reviews and process updates Advise on franchise partner build-outs and refurbishment programmes Ensure key frameworks, processes, and documentation are kept curr...
