Are you a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager or similar from a Retail / Fit-out / M&E background looking for a dynamic role where you will undertake end-to-end projects within a well-established consultancy that offers clear and bespoke development plans, with progression opportunities up to directorship?

This consultancy works across various sectors, primarily retail, with offices nationwide. They have grown significantly, with a turnover of over £12m, and are expanding their Milton Keynes team to handle increased workload.

In this role, you will manage projects from inception to completion, review contractor proposals, raise purchase orders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will liaise with clients, departments, and stakeholders, working mainly in the office with some hybrid work and site visits.

This role suits a Quantity Surveyor or similar professional from a Retail / Fit-out / M&E background seeking an autonomous position on diverse projects within a leading company offering flexible working and a bonus scheme.
