The role of an Analytics Manager (Test & Learn) sits within our Data team. Playing a key part in shaping the strategic direction within the customer, product, and market strategy of the business, the Analytics Manager (Test & Learn) will lead in developing Currys' customer propositions, services, shopping experiences, and providing objective measurements of trials with actionable recommendations.

The Analytics Manager will champion objectivity and organizational learning by implementing robust T&L practices, maintaining an accurate trial library, prioritizing trials, and measuring outcomes effectively.
