This role sits within the Retail & Licensing team, which oversees the supply of Club merchandise from the distributor to fans, including products manufactured by our technical partner (PUMA) or licensed products. The role supports the senior Retail and Ecommerce managers and assists licensing and partnership managers with product samples and enquiries.Your ImpactProduct management: manage the safe storage and tracking of confidential product and the day-to-day management of stock and samples at CFA.Support the Retail Manager in product approval with retail partners for mono-branded ranges; manage samples and approvals through the online brand comply system.Wardrobe management for club-related content: ensure presenters/guests on media productions have up-to-date, relevant products; collaborate with content management teams to plan and organise wardrobe.Support team at player appearance days and Puma IP appearances and activations; help ensure activations run smoothly and key outcomes are achieved.Manage the Marketing calendar: update and maintain marketing plans including matchday kit usage, product launches and player appearance days.Matchday and event retail support: work with our retail partner to ensure smooth matchday operations across all sites; observe and identify opportunities for improvement.Create and analyse matchday sales reports, presentations and Marketing calendar for internal planning.What we are looking forHelpful, positive, “can do” attitude.Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; good organisational skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; able to respond to change and remain calm under pressure.Collaborative mindset (individual and team); good knowledge of football beyond the 90 minutes on the pitch.Seniority levelExecutiveEmployment typeContractJob functionAnalystIndustriesRetail #J-18808-Ljbffr
