Retail Asset Manager (Outlets)

Location: West End

Level: Mid level, with existing Asset Management experience.

About:

• I am working with a brilliant Property Company in their search for a Retail Asset Manager, with Outlets experience being particularly useful.
• You will join an established and entrepreneurial team, responsible for a host of value enhancement duties across the UK.
• This will include a mixture of cap ex, leasing, repositioning, development leasing and more.

The Profile:

• We are seeking an individual with proven Asset Management experience, likely around the Associate level – looking to step up into the role.
• Retail experience, specifically Outlets, will be very advantageous.
