Premier Recruitment Solutions are working with a Large Fast Fit company who are looking to recruit for a Service Advisor/ Retail assistant for their Micheldever branch.

Our client is looking for a customer facing assistant to deal with incoming phone calls, invoicing, and greeting customers coming into the workshop. The ideal Candidate will have good customer service skills and knowledge of the automotive industry which is desirable but not essential.

Roles / Responsibilities

  • Greeting Customers
  • Managing customer’s expectations
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
  • Liaising with Technicians to report back to customers
  • Ensuring up to date records are maintained
  • Managing customer stocks
  • Traits / Skills

  • An ability to pick things up quickly and adapt to different situations
  • Strong IT capabilities (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Polite, friendly with a professional telephone manner
  • Punctual
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced thriving environment
  • Ability to problem solve and to work off own initiative
