Salary: £13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 = £13.73 p/h holiday pay)

Shifts: 10-12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights). Travel may be involved; accommodation provided when required to stay away from home. Access to shifts via smartphone using our Field Power platform; you will need to clock in/out using your smartphone via the RAS Dashboard.

Overview: You will work in a variety of retail stores as part of a team to replenish stock and ensure products are available and well displayed.

Responsibilities

• De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms; cleaning fixtures where required.
• Reprofiling fixtures to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
• Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
• Supporting the store with replenishment as needed.
• Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management; maintain a fast pace and high standard expected by clients.
• Shift duties include clocking in/out via smartphone and travel as required.

Key Skills / Experience

• Attention to detail.
• General level of fitness; manual handling and lifting involved.
• Hard-working and able to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in retail; training will be provided.
• Problem solving and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights; must be 18 years or older.
