OverviewSite Manager - Retail Fit Out for High Street Banking. The retail projects division of one of the UK's premier main contractors is keen to strengthen its site management team. They are recognised as being one of the leading contractors within the retail sector and are working with many of the UK's leading supermarket, high street shop and bank chains.ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibility will be to ensure that projects are built safely, economically and within the agreed timescales whilst delivering quality.You will be responsible for multiple sites on a national basis that will be individually managed by a site manager.You must be prepared to travel.You will also be responsible for ensuring that both sub-contractors and site managers are allocated effectively.This is a client facing role.Prior recent experience of working on banking projects is essential.You must also hold an SMSTS, Black CSCS, 1st Aid, Duty to Manage Fire Marshall and Asbestos Awareness as a minimum.QualificationsSMSTSBlack CSCS1st AidDuty to Manage Fire MarshallAsbestos AwarenessPrior recent experience of working on banking projects is essential.BenefitsThere are genuine opportunities for career development and progression with this contractor.
