Brooklands Museum is looking for a strong Retail Catering Manager to deliver our daily visitor catering services across the Museum, within our main Clubhouse Sunbeam Café and thought our temporary seasonal outdoor catering units.
We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service and the ability to deliver a consistent value for money offer for our visitors, along with managing our dedicated visitor catering staff team.
The role will include overseeing and managing the product range, seasonal menus and ensuring compliance for licensing, food hygiene and health & safety standards. To ensure the continued success of the Visitor Retail Catering operation you must be able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
Normal working hours will be scheduled between 0800-1800 worked 5 out of 7 days. Occasional event evenings may be required.
