Retail Customer Advisor (St Austell) - 16 hours Salary: £12.60 per hour + an on-target bonus of 25%, paid out monthly based on store performance Hours: 16 hours across 3-4 days per week, including weekends on a rotation basis Location: St Austell Overview We’re building a connected UK and empowering communities. As a Retail Customer Advisor at Three UK, you will play a crucial role in understanding and meeting each customer’s needs as they enter the store. You will contribute to delivering first-class customer service and help the team achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Enhance the customer journey through meaningful interactions, ensuring customers feel valued. Service Excellence: Create exceptional experiences by tailoring and promoting our products and services. Performance Enhancement: Work toward personal and store KPIs by driving sales and meeting goals. Solution Efficiency: Provide personalised solutions for general mobile or network enquiries and resolve promptly.

Qualifications

Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Team collaboration skills and ability to contribute to a positive, high-performing environment. Problem solving: proactive in resolving customer enquiries and challenges.
