Purpose of Role:

To provide professional, comprehensive and flexible administration across a variety of retail distribution workstreams including, but not limited to, the on-boarding and off-boarding of retailers, sites, products and services and the preparation, analysis and maintenance of data to support these activities.

Main Responsibilities:

· Develop a good working knowledge and understanding of all retail facing products and services

· Undertake competent administration of all retail distribution tasks in accordance with Retail Distribution Centre processes and guidelines.

· Act as the retail distribution contact for resolution of on-boarding and off-boarding queries from retailers and colleagues

· Work to deadlines and respond in a flexible way to the changing demands of the Retail Distribution Centre team

· Undertake any other tasks that may be required which are consistent with the main responsibilities of the role and support the Retail Distribution team

Attributes:

· Good organisational skills with the ability to work in a busy environment and undertake several tasks simultaneously

· Good working knowledge of Excel

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work as an individual but also as part of a team
