Fortnum and Mason is on the lookout for a Retail Doorperson - a role that plays a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Further to this, our successful candidate will: Manage the guest experience upon arrival and departure in line with our brand values and expectations Ensure guest exceptions are exceeded through handling all requests, queries, comments and complaints in a courteous and prompt manner Greet arriving guests from their cars / taxis and provide assistance where appropriate. This may include carefully assisting with the handling of luggage and other belongings. Arrange taxis for departing guests and provide directions if required. Whilst interacting with guests, promote Fortnum’s services and special store moments Ensure your personal appearance is in line with Fortnum’s standards, including wearing our uniform in line with role specification.
