We are recruiting for a brand that have been setting trends and rewriting fashion rules since 1970. Now looking for an organised, commercially savvy Buying Administration Assistant to support the buying team in bringing the world’s most exciting luxury and emerging designers to customers.

In this fast‑paced Buyers Admin Assistant role, you’ll:

  • Keep buying operations running flawlessly – from raising POs to managing delivery schedules
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure products land perfectly, on time
  • Assist with Fashion Week planning, buying trips, and seasonal product launches
  • Analyse sales performance to help us maximise every opportunity

    • You bring:

  • Ideally Buying Admin or Buying Assistant experience
  • Passion for product and an eye for trends
  • Sharp organisational skills with Excel confidence
  • A collaborative, can‑do approach and love for the luxury fashion world
