The Role Reporting to the Site General Manager, the Retail Horticultural Manager will oversee the department’s day-to-day operations, focusing on team leadership, performance, and customer service. Key responsibilities include:

Managing and motivating a team of General Assistants to achieve departmental goals and deliver outstanding customer service.

Ensuring products, from plants to garden accessories, are well-presented, well-stocked, and commercially appealing.

Driving sales through effective stock management, displays, and department layout.

Supporting the team with coaching, training, and performance management to maintain high standards across all areas.
