Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail & Hospitality Transformation Leader, primarily based in London with some work-from-home flexibility. The Transformation Leader will be responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives, driving operational improvement projects, and managing client relationships in the retail and hospitality sectors. Key tasks include overseeing the development and implementation of change management strategies, conducting process analyses, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and measurable outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in leading digital transformation and change management initiatives
• Strong experience in retail and hospitality sectors
• Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a hybrid working environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Experience with ERP systems and data strategy frameworks is a plus
