Store Manager & Assistant Manager

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service Manage store operations, including stock management, merchandising, health and safety, and financial targets. Ensure a positive, memorable experience for every customer by sharing expert product knowledge and advice. Maintain an attractive and well-organised store environment aligned with Evans Cycles brand standards. Coach and train your team continuously, helping them develop skills and product knowledge. Drive store performance through sales targets, KPI tracking, and innovative sales strategies. Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and cash handling.

Cycle Technician/Supervisor Technician

Oversee the workshop team, ensuring high-quality repairs, servicing, and safety checks. Lead by example with hands-on mechanical expertise and customer-focused service. Manage workshop inventory, tools, and equipment. Provide clear, friendly advice and support to customers on bike maintenance and upgrades. Maintain high standards of workshop safety and operational efficiency.

Qualifications About you

Proven leadership experience in retail, preferably within cycling, sports, or outdoor sectors. Genuine passion for cycling and a solid understanding of bikes and cycling products. Exceptional communication, organisation, and motivational skills. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Confident, approachable, and able to foster a positive team culture. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied shifts in line with store hours.
