You'll spend the first few months in store, learning about (and actually doing) everyone's different roles. It can be hard work: you could be stacking shelves, operating the till, serving customers—whatever's required, you're there with a helpful smile and a good head on your shoulders. Once you know what goes into every role, you'll be better equipped to manage and lead the team. Along the way, you'll complete a number of different projects in areas across the business, including Logistics, Administration, Property and Trading. You'll also work alongside an Area Manager, gaining insight into their role.
