You will champion the empowerment of our teams and elevate customer experience, you will lead by example in embodying Tate’s values, and be an advocate for inclusivity and diversity.
You will work collaboratively across the organisation to deliver the strategic aims of our department through three key channels – people, customer, profit. You will ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. Empower colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experience by ensuring they have access to the tools and resources that they need. You will drive revenue generation, working with the Retail Management team to maximise commercial opportunities.
