A popular retailer is looking for a manager to join a successful store in Gatwick. They have consistent high footfall being in the airport who adore the brand because of their commitment to quality product and customer service. The retail manager will manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of their site by directing all commercial aspects of the store to drive sales, meaning, if you are a commercially minded manager you will thrive in this store. They are looking for a people focussed manager too who has the ability to influence third party stakeholders.

The salary is up to £45,000 with additional benefits including discounts, a bonus that is worth a minimum of £8000 and wellbeing perks. The most important thing on offer here though is the culture and you will always feel that your development, growth and personal well-being is top priority.
