We’re recruiting for a full-time Retail Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a growing, customer-focused retail business based in North Ayrshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in retail management who is confident leading teams, managing stock, and delivering operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing: Overseeing the smooth running of all retail activities across the showroom Leading and motivating a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service Managing stock levels, orders, deliveries, and merchandising Using EPOS systems to analyse sales data and optimise performance Ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety, and standards Identifying opportunities to improve processes, sales, and customer experience Supporting recruitment, training, and development of team members
What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a retail management or multi-site operations role Strong people management skills – able to coach, lead and inspire teams Confident using EPOS and stock control systems Organised, proactive and commercially aware Able to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers
