Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing plans and campaigns for our retail operations.
  • Work with agencies and suppliers to execute advertising plans on time and within budget.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights, and develop effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity.
  • Develop and evolve customer communications. Analyze sales and customer data to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to drive results.
  • Manage and oversee the development and execution of product launches, drive events, and exclusive experiences.
  • Other ad-hoc project assigned by Business Lead.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a retail or automotive industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing and interpreting data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
