Retail Marketing Manager

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing plans and campaigns for our retail operations.
- Work with agencies and suppliers to execute advertising plans on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights, and develop effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity.
- Develop and evolve customer communications. Analyze sales and customer data to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to drive results.
- Manage and oversee the development and execution of product launches, drive events, and exclusive experiences.
- Other ad-hoc project assigned by Business Lead.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a retail or automotive industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing and interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
