- Hours and location of the role: * 35 hours per week * Your home location will be our Bracknell Head Office * The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team attend the office 1 - 2 days a week to connect and attend key meetings on more of an ad-hoc basis**Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM):**Support the Retail Media & Performance Lead as a contact in the Waitrose Customer for marketing mix modelling (MMM) working with the Customer channel teams, Pan Partnership team and vendor (Transunion)**Retail Media**: Support the Retail Media & Performance Lead in the management of Retail media investment aligned to the plan and to budget**Commerciality:** Demonstrates an innate passion for and understanding of Retail. This includes knowledge of our competitors and the wider social, political and economic factors which impact our business. Understands the Partnership business model and our integrated objectives and uses this understanding to make well informed decisions that support key business objectives* Ability to create graphs (waterfall, line, etc) in Google sheets from data sources to support a narrative* Experience managing commercial/business budgets* Experience working on measurement processes* Experience gathering insight from data to assist decision makers* Using data visualisation tools, such as Tableau, to make data informed decisions* Knowledge of marketing channels* Omnichannel retailing* Food retail experience* Executing change / innovation #J-18808-Ljbffr
