OverviewTeam LeaderGreat opportunity to join a successful and established business within the retail sector.ResponsibilitiesYour role will be to support the agency team colleagues in delivering all assigned projects on time and to the highest standards across a number of large grocery client accounts.Work with store teams to consistently lead by example, providing a safe and legal environment for both colleagues and customers.Take responsibility for the day to day delivery of the dressing plans/planograms, and support and manage all team members throughout the project including attendance and productivity.Maintain regular communication with Store Management and Project Manager regarding the project and ensure that any issues are raised and resolved.Flexibility is key within this role; hours and days are project related and dependent on client requirements. Generally, 11-hour shifts are expected, with potential travel and overnight stays.Possess a full UK driving licence; may be required to transport workers in pool cars (hire car provided, 23+ for insurance) to store locations.What you need to doUnderstand the project, scope of works and day by day objectives from the start of the project.Liaise with Store Management to obtain relevant information in advance of project start date.Manage the onsite team ensuring a good standard of dress, timely attendance, managing absences, and overseeing all breaks.Set out scope of works for the project and each shift and communicate to the team.Maintain Health and Safety of the working areas and team members including PPE and uniform, fire safety.Deliver the project in a timely fashion ensuring accuracy of implementation, clean as you go and tidied.Ensure all required equipment, stock and advertising is installed as required to complete each commodity plan.Check and manage project progress and communicate progress to relevant parties.Lead the team by example and maintain team morale, motivating them to maximise productivity; develop and support colleagues where necessary.Ensure the team treats all company property with care and respect.Report back to Account Manager/Retail Support Management Team on any performance issues.Ensure full completion of administration, including sign-in/out, completion reports, photographs, timesheets and phone reports as required.The ideal candidate will need to be:Competent user of IT systems.Ideally experienced in working with large Grocery accounts.Competent in administration, warehouse and shop floor procedures.Knowledgeable of all display and merchandising techniques and to have a full understanding of all methods of planning shelf or fixture layout design (planogram, line drawings, etc.) and to supervise the implementation of such plans or drawings.Knowledge of merchandising and installation processes including systems works.Additional informationHourly rate: Depending on experience we pay up to £13.82ph days and £13.99ph on nightsWeekly PayWork is on Temporary basis, this could consist of on-going projects on days, nights and weekendsAccommodation will be provided on a shared basisTraining will be providedBe part of our &More recognition award schemeBe a part of our Team Leader Advancement Training scheme (TLAS) #J-18808-Ljbffr
