Retail Partnership Field Manager

OverviewDo you have a passion for toys and making a difference in a business that is going places? Job Purpose: Working in a designated geographical area around South Wales you will be responsible for helping to support our toy selling operation in multiple retail partner concession spaces including Tesco and Matalan. A typical week will involve visiting multiple sites helping to deliver excellent standards and execution in our toy selling spaces. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will need to be a confident and hands-on individual who is comfortable travelling to and working in different locations. You will represent The Entertainer, ensuring that the partnership concessions are merchandised and priced to our company standards. You will be commercially astute and able to engage with the partner's store and management team to drive trading performance. Responsibilities
Support implementation and maintain company merchandising and pricing standards.
Ensure all internal communications are understood and instructions are completed in relevant timescales.
Build strong relationships with concession teams, including management and staffing partners.
Help develop the toy-selling skills of the concession teams and staffing partners to maximise trading performance.
Support the concessions and staffing partners in resolving The Entertainer operational and system issues.
As a representative of the business, embody our company values and be skilled in building good working relationships with our concession and staffing partners.
Hold a full UK driving licence with a minimum of 12 months driving experience and live within or be able to relocate to the defined geographical area.
Qualifications & Skills
At least one year’s experience in a retail store management or field operational role.
Excellent visual merchandising skills.
A track record of strong commercial decision making.
Must be influential and persuasive and naturally able to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Field or cluster experience helpful, but not essential.
