Retail Processes & Master Data Specialist – PVH (Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein)

Responsibilities:

• Document, and optimize retail processes and workflows across multiple store locations
• Act as a subject matter expert on retail processes and master data, providing guidance and support to store teams as needed
• Monitor and track the effectiveness of implemented process changes, gathering feedback and adjusting as necessary
• Serve as a point of contact for process-related inquiries and escalations from store teams
• Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of master data across various systems and platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and standards for master data elements
• Perform data analysis and quality checks to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or anomalies
• Coordinate and execute data cleansing, enrichment, and validation activities to improve data quality
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of master data to identify and resolve data integrity issues
• Support data migration and integration projects, ensuring smooth transition and mapping of master data – Yext and other applications
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols in handling and managing master data

About You:

• You have previous experience in retail operations ideally gained within a retail environment
• You have the ability to research and analyse multiple data streams enabling you to make informed decisions
• You have in-depth store operational knowledge
• You have proven experience working with Google Analytics
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease in order to collaborate to win
• You’re creative, commercially aware and a confident decision maker, you communicate and with stakeholders learn together with impact across all levels
• You work well with change, being able to adapt fast and work with pace
• You have an innovative, proactive and solutions oriented mindset
• You have strong project and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
• You have a proven track record of leading, coaching and developing teams to inspire trust and cultivate belonging
• You have the ability to flex your style depending on your audience and the situation
