Retail Property Manager - Monument PlaceGreat opportunity to recruit a Retail Property Manager based at Monument Place, near London Bridge We are currently looking for an ambitious and energetic Retail Property Manager who will manage, enhance and optimise revenue for a segment of GTR's commercial properties, selecting tenants in accordance with the commercial property strategy, negotiating new agreements and renewals, dealing with landlord and tenant matters, handling evictions and effectively managing financial performance.
