The hourly rate is £12.21 per hour, plus team-pooled commission.ResponsibilitiesForge lasting relationships with customers and provide an unforgettable experience.Work with the sales team to deliver the best service; greet customers in a timely, authentic and engaging manner.Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and offer honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment; stay informed on product knowledge across fashion and active-wear to serve as a customer expert.Assist in project completion while maintaining a strong customer focus; communicate inventory needs to support business goals.Ensure the sales floor is stocked and tidy each evening; assist in inventory management and merchandising/visual directives; maintain store cleanliness and correct visual presentation.Understand and execute cash control procedures including deposits and petty cash; identify and communicate product concerns promptly.QualificationsMust be available to work nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and reliable in scheduled shifts.Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues; strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle customer concerns proactively and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn new procedures and processes; high level of ownership, accountability and initiative; receptive to feedback.Strong organizational skills and follow-through.Benefits and Additional InformationGenerous Vuori employee discount and industry perks; paid time off; wellness and fitness benefits.Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
