If your application is successful, you will be assigned to work at one of the following store locations: Chessington (KT9 2HY), Epsom (KT17 4ER) or Kingston (KT2 6FN)

As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, youll help us maintain our high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, youll keep our store running like clockwork, thriving in a fast-paced and challenging environment. In return, well give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra 2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and 3.50 per hour for night shifts, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.
