Your Role

Retail Enterprise Architect (Manager)

As a Manager specialising in enterprise architecture within the retail and consumer goods sectors, you will:

  • Lead and deliver enterprise architecture solutions for complex, large-scale technology transformation projects for retail and consumer goods clients.
  • Drive the design and implementation of innovative retail strategies, leveraging cutting-edge digital, cloud, and AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, technologists, and industry specialists, to create holistic solutions tailored to client challenges.
  • Serve as the technology delivery lead, ensuring alignment with business goals and overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Provide expertise in areas such as supply chain, omnichannel commerce, customer experience platforms, and smart retail innovations.

We are looking for experience in the following areas:

  • A proven track record as a technology delivery lead and enterprise architect within retail and consumer goods industries.
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions such as cloud platforms, ERP systems (SAP or Oracle), data analytics, POS, payments solutions, and digital platforms (eCommerce, Order Management, CMS, etc.).
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify emerging trends in retail and translate them into actionable opportunities for clients.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent; advanced degrees or certifications in architecture or technology delivery are advantageous.
  • Certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
  • Experience in implementing technologies such as ERP systems, Cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP), and retail-specific platforms.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies in retail, including AI/ML, IoT, and Edge amongst others.
