Store Manager , you'll take full ownership of your store's success-leading by example, motivating your team, and ensuring high operational standards across every aspect of the business. You'll be responsible for: Driving commercial performance through customer experience, strong visual merchandising, and effective product management. Overseeing daily operations, including staffing, payroll, and store processes to maximise efficiency. Coaching, developing, and inspiring your management and sales teams to achieve their full potential. Analysing store performance and implementing initiatives to boost sales and profitability.
